What our customers say
"Kitty and Max were looked after very well by Kirstie last week while we were away. We are always a little nervous about leaving them, especially now that Max is 19 years old and on a few different medications, but we didn't need to worry at all as they were in very safe hands! Kitty is usually very shy and hides under the bed when visitors come into the house, but she came out to see Kirstie and even allowed Kirstie to fuss and stroke her, a great testament to Kirstie's cat friendliness. We will definitely have Kirstie look after Kitty and Max again when we go away. Thank you"
Amanda, Storrington
"We would just like to say a massive thank you to Kirstie for looking after our little babies, Belle and Scamp.I was extremely nervous about leaving them as they were still so new to us. As soon as Kirstie arrived I felt instantly at ease. Kirstie booked a pre visit. She arrived and sat on the floor and played with them straight away. She also wanted to know all the little things that made them happy. Kirstie is a natural with cats. They loved her straight away. Kirstie kept me updated while we were away (even though she was super busy!) When we got back from our trip Kirstie had left us milk. We were just glad we weren't away longer as we believe our cats would have left us for her. They were so excited to see her when she popped back to drop off the key. They bounded over to her for cuddles. For me that spoke a thousand words. Thank you Kirstie. We will 100% book you in for our next trip."

"Kirstie from Glitterpaws was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I met her, and more importantly, my kitten met her, I knew it was going to be a great fit! After putting him in a cattery for a week, we realised it just wasn't a place he was happy. Glitterpaws proved a great alternative! When we arrived home we found our usual, chatty kitten playing and a pint of milk in the fridge. Would definitely use again and highly recommend."

"Just a quick note to say thank you very much for taking care of Brody. It was our first time leaving Brody at home and after meeting you it put my mind at ease. You were so organised and I had no hesitation leaving Brody in your care. It was nice to return home to Brody and the house to see everything was expertly taken care of. We will be in touch next time we go away. Many thanks again."
Louise, West Chiltington
"I just wish to say a huge thanks for looking after Socks; we came back to a contented little kitten who on seeing you again ran to you talking to you and looking really pleased to see you. It was just a worry lifted knowing that he was being looked after by someone who has such a good affinity with cats, let's face it you cannot con a cat if they are not happy they show you!!! Coming back to a happy kitten and a clean kitchen floor was a joy. Plus a cuppa tea with the milk left in the fridge. I would highly recommend your service to anyone and we will indeed be using your services again... and again... and again."
Dawn, Pulborough
"When we first contacted Glitterpaws, we had 2 very old cats, one of whom was diabetic. Mimi needed insulin injections and lots of care.
Kirstie was amazing. She gave the jabs, and impressed us with her very obvious love of cats. That was the most important thing, but on top of that,
Kirstie took away everything smelly, food sachets, litter etc, enabling us to come home to very happy cats, and a clean kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble
for Glitterpaws, curtains can be opened and closed, and a welcoming pint of milk on our return, found in the fridge. I can also make phone calls or send texts, to
make sure my furry friends have all been seen. We now have 4 new kitties, and Kirstie looks after them so well. I cannot recommend Glitterpaws more highly.
Thank you."

"Tabitha is a rescue cat and has been with us only a few months, so we were especially concerned about her care and routine whilst we took a break. Leaving her at a cattery was a non starter, so we were excited to find Glitterpaws.
Kirstie came to visit and we were confident that we had made the right decision, Tabitha liked her and so did we!
Kirstie visited morning and evening each day and as we unlocked the front door Tabitha came to greet us. When Kirstie popped in later Tabitha was pleased to see her again as well.
Thank you Kirstie, we will be in touch next time we take a break."
Richard and Gina, Storrington
"I have just seen Mickey's picture in the gallery of Happy Cats! Thanks for that. Thanks too for taking care of him so well while I was away. Also, it was great to have a pint of milk in the fridge when I returned. I was able to enjoy a cup of tea straight away, and have my porridge the following morning! It has all been much appreciated."
Mike, Storrington
"Cassie is now 17 years old and finds catteries very stressful, so we decided to try Glitterpaws for a week in May. We came home to find her relaxed and happy and also, the house clean and tidy. We are going away for two weeks at the end of the summer and will definitely be using Glitterpaws again."
John & Lyn, Storrington
"We love going on holiday but the only down side is leaving Fallula and Pheobe our cats. The whole ordeal of putting them in their cat basket and leaving them at someones house always made me feel guilty. I always continue to worry about them while we were away but not any more! When Kirstie first came over to meet the cats I felt reassured straight away - my normally shy Fallula walked straight up to Kirstie and didn't run away. Kirstie talks to our cats, plays with them and gives them plenty of tlc, its not just the feeding thats essential it's the personal contact that they crave. We will definitely be using Glitterpaws again next time we go away and would like to thank Kirstie for giving us complete peace of mind."
Sophie & Dom, Ashington
"Kirstie provides a personal and caring service. She is well organised and gave us the confidence our pets would be very well looked after. Both our cats were very content when we returned home, after Kirstie's twice daily visits. It was particularly important for Charlie to have lots of affection, as he has only recently been adopted by us. We will certainly use Glitterpaws cat sitting again in the future."
Sarah & Mike, Steyning
"We have just got home and been greeted by a very happy and bouncy cat. Thank you for looking after Nelson and for putting some milk in the fridge."
Sarah, West Chiltington
"We are so pleased to have found someone as conscientious, professional and caring as you to look after our cats when we are away.
It was very reassuring to know that the cats would be well cared for even when the weather was so bad. I think the cats have a great holiday when we are away.
It's also nice coming back to find milk in the house as well as contented cats."
Mick & Nikki, Storrington
"Kirstie looks after my cat and four rabbits every time we go away. Mowgli, who is frightened of almost everyone, absolutely loves her and runs to her every time she calls to collect the keys. The rabbits are perfectly looked after, with the cages all spotlessly clean.
We can now go away knowing that our furry friends are getting the best possible care. We would recommend Glitterpaws to anyone."
Marilyn, Horsham
"Thanks for looking after our cat Moonlight so well, he seemed so contented when we got home and gave us a warm welcome."
Kate, Steyning
"When we go away I need to know that my cat is not just in safe hands, but being properly cared for in every way. And this is exactly what Glitterpaws does! Missy Moo genuinely loves Kirstie and I can enjoy my time away with total peace of mind. Everyone's happy!"
Emma, Steyning
"We were thrilled to discover Glitterpaws! An inspired idea! Like all cats, ours is a creature of habit and is only truly happy and content in her own surroundings with familiar noises and smells. Kirstie visited Slinky Malinki twice a day during the week we were away, and when we returned, it was almost as though Slinky hadn't even noticed we had been away. The real joy for us of course, was not having to search for her for two hours, before trying to 'persuade' her into the travel basket for the dreaded trip to the cattery, no more guilt or scratched arms! Thank you Kirstie, you have removed the anxiety we used to face when faced with the dilemma; 'But who will look after the cat?' Complete peace of mind for us on many levels, especially knowing Kirstie would be visiting our empty house each day. AND finally, a cup of tea on our return with fresh milk found in the fridge. Happy days!"
